    Complementary Information

Our Brussels office has five representatives, three of which focus on EU affairs and two whose work focuses on trade associations and initiatives within the EU Member States. The remaining colleagues are involved in very limited EU activities and spend less than 25% of their time on in-scope activities; as per the new guidance under the Inter-Institutional Agreement of 2021 we have included these individuals. GSK also follows the guidelines provided by EFPIA regarding this registration.
