    Goals / Remit

IFWC leads actors of the European mass catering and hospitality businesses around a common objective: to reduce FW and support the transition towards more sustainable food systems. IFWC network is a combination of contributing members including HaFS leaders and partners (WRAP, WWF, Ademe). It has set an ambitious goal to reduce FW by 50% by 2025. Our roadmap is centred around 3 pillars dedicated to (a) the collective reporting of FW levels, (b) the evaluation of on-site interventions, (c) the dissemination of best practices.
