    Goals / Remit

Li-Cycle is a leading lithium battery recycling and resource recovery company. We are on a mission to leverage our innovative Spoke & Hub Technologies™ to provide a customer-centric, end-of-life solution for lithium-ion batteries while creating a secondary supply of critical battery materials. Our safe and environmentally sustainable technology can recover up to 95% of critical materials in batteries, including Lithium itself. Our commercially available process produces no wastewater, no direct emissions, and is energy-efficient.
We have already started working on one of our first facilities in Europe in Norway ( with Germany Spoke following shortly thereafter (, and have plans to scale rapidly to support the creation of a sustainable, resilient, and circular battery supply chain in Europe.
