Communication activities
Lutron met directly with the EU Commission in an online meeting to discuss concerns about the new Batteries regulation. Subsequently I joined the JRC's stakeholder group developing the guidelines for that regulation.
Lutron is active in the Smart Readiness Indicator Working Group 3 Calculations Task Force.
Lutron contributed to the development of the European Solar-Shading Association's response to the ECHA consultation on the Universal PFAS Restriction proposal and continues to contribute to advocacy activities via LightingEurope.
Lutron contributed to the development of input from LightingEurope to the Commission on the targeted revision of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
Lutron is engaged with the European Solar-Shading Organisation in their work relating to the Construction Products Regulation Aquis process relating to indoor solar shading machines.
Lutron contributed to the development of input from LightingEurope to the Commission on the proposed revision to the EcoDesign regulation for External Power Supplies and has joined one online meeting between LightingEurope and Commission staff on the topic and joined an in-person stakeholder meeting held by the Commission on the topic in Brussels.
Lutron is contributing to LightingEurope's preparations for advocacy relating to the upcoming review of the EcoDesign Lighting Products regulation and we may also provide input into that initiative directly and / or through Brussels Consulting.Other activities
