    Goals / Remit

    As a global energy and chemicals company, with Group sales of EUR 36 bn and 22,400 employees (31.12.2021, incl. Borealis), OMV intends to become a leading provider of sustainable fuels, chemicals and materials by 2030 with a focus on circular economy solutions – delivering on the pledge to reach net zero by 2050. Through its subsidiary Borealis, OMV is a leading provider of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions and a European market leader in base chemicals, fertilizers, and plastics recycling.
