Clean Europe Network on litter prevention (www.cleaneuropenetwork.eu)

Since 2012, Pack2Go Europe has played a pioneering role in catalysing the formation of the Clean Europe Network to promote litter prevention. The main focus of this network is to share expertise and experience. At the current time, it has no vocation to carry out lobbying, as such.

The informal Packaging Chain Forum which, as its name suggests, gather together stakeholders with an interest in packaging issues for the purposes of aligning and/or coordinating their positions on issues relating to packaging with a view to presenting views to the EU institutions in the most efficient manner.

It should be noted, however, that the PCF does not lobby in its own right and has no legal personality.

    Other financial info

The Association’s advocacy and representation activities in 2014 were modest in comparison to the importance and the range of issues affecting the Association. It is anticipated that the EU's legislative agenda in relation to waste policy will require more dedicated resources/budget for advocacy and representation purposes in 2015-2016.
