    Plantum is de branchevereniging voor bedrijven uit de sector plantaardig uitgangsmateriaal. De leden van Plantum zijn actief in veredeling, vermeerdering, opkweek en handel van zaden, bollen, knollen, stekken en jonge planten.

    Plantum behartigt de belangen van haar leden en treedt namens de sector op als gesprekspartner voor overheden en belangengroeperingen. Versteviging van de internationale concurrentiepositie van de sector en van groepen aangesloten leden staat hierbij centraal. Daarnaast functioneert Plantum als initiator van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en vraagbaak voor bedrijven.
