    Goals / Remit

    For the next four years (2019-2023), the UNESCO Chair will continue to contribute to identifying and sustaining actions needed for the strengthening of HE-graduate employment/employers links in Romania, the increased assurance of the quality of learning and competencies provided by higher education in the country, the provision of skills for lifelong learning as well as the improvement of the employability rate among graduates.
    Obtaining a quality education is the foundation to creating sustainable development. Rallying to the SDG nr 4, Quality of Education, our UNESCO Chair's main goal will be to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning. With a firm belief in the fact that Education is the key that will allow many other Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to be achieved, our Chair will act in support of Education to reduce inequalities and to reach gender equality.
