    Abreu follows current and future initiatives, policies and legislative files especially in the following areas: banking and finance, competition, corporate and commercial law, CSR, digital agenda, artificial intelligence, dispute resolution, labour, employment and social affairs, energy and sustainability, environmental law, intellectual property, public procurement, social security, real estate, sports, state aid and taxation.

    Abreu Advogados' core activity is the legal advice of private and public clients. Abreu Advogados is therefore interested in following closely current and future initiatives, policies and legislative files at the EU level and may comment on EU legislation on its own behalf.

    Currently, Abreu Advogados does not perform any representation activities vis-à-vis the EU institutions on behalf of one or more of our clients.
