ADENE participa em redes de agências nacionais de energia e colabora com as agências regionais e municipais de energia portuguesas. O MEDENER é a Associação das Agências Nacionais de Energia do Mediterrâneo. Reúne 14 organizações da bacia do Mediterrâneo responsáveis pela promoção da eficiência energética e energias renováveis, dois elementos fundamentais para o sucesso da transição energética.
A Rede Europeia de Energia (EnR) é uma rede voluntária de agências nacionais de energia da Europa que visa promover as energias sustentáveis e disseminar boas práticas. Reunindo 25 agências da UE e fora dela, a rede incentiva a cooperação entre os membros e os principais atores europeus em assuntos relativos à eficiência energética e energias renováveis.
Com qualquer uma das agências regionais e municipais de energia portuguesas e com a RNAE – Associação das Agências de Energia e Ambiente – Rede Nacional, são dinamizadas e realizadas iniciativas e atividades de interesse comum. A ADENE é associada da AdEPorto, AGENEAL, AMESEIXAL, AREA Alto Minho, ARECBA, ENERAREA, ENERDURA, ENERGAIA, Lisboa E-Nova e S.ENERGIA.Member organisations
