Goals / Remit
ALLRAIL represents independent (non-incumbent) passenger rail operators and ticket vendors - generally speaking, we call for more market liberalisation in EU passenger rail, especially with regard to the upcoming implementation of the EU 4th Railway Package.
We pursue the full market opening of passenger rail markets across Europe.Main EU files targeted
We follow all passenger rail-related topics. This includes the 4th Rail Package, the revision of EU rail passenger rights, the EU Green Deal, Access to Facilities implementing act, all rail corridor initiatives and the work of the European Agency for Railways.
