We are a Consumer Association. So our goal is to help and defend consumers in all their 'consumer activities'. We are doing this by given them information, by helping them in conflicts with businesses and service providers, by representing them in advisory boards and commissions and by lobbying decision makers at all levels (regional, national, European, …)
