    Goals / Remit

    BICA is advocating the blue economy and international collaboration between clusters and regions. BICA is working with investors, governments and industry leaders to foster the blue growth and the financing of SMEs in Europe and in the countries of its members.

    BICA is in direct connect with the BioMarine business convention which brings together 350 CEOs every year. it is also an official partner of Blue Forward an investment fund which is currently being established. Blue forward will support European SMEs in their development.
