Der „GdW Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilien-unternehmen e.V.“, Berlin, vertritt heute die Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft in ganz Deutschland, die sich 1990 nach der Wiedervereinigung und dem Wegfall der Wohnungsge-meinnützigkeit als Teil der sozialen Marktwirtschaft neu formiert hat.
