Goals / Remit
H Ομοσπονδία Εργοδοτών & Βιομηχάνων (ΟΕΒ) είναι η πλέον αντιπροσωπευτική εργοδοτική οργάνωση του τόπου, πολιτικά ανεξάρτητη, με αποστολή να προωθεί και να υπερασπίζεται τα καλώς νοούμενα συμφέροντα των Κυπριακών επιχειρήσεων στην Κύπρο, στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση (ΕΕ) και διεθνώς.
Η ΟΕΒ αναγνωρίζεται σε όλα τα επίσημα βήματα, επιτροπές, συμβούλια, φόρουμ και θεσμούς, ως ο κατ’ εξοχήν φορέας της εργοδοτικής άποψης, και εκφραστής της επιχειρηματικής φωνής.
Καταστατικοί στόχοι ύπαρξης της είναι η συνεχής οικονομική και κοινωνική πρόοδος του τόπου, η αποτελεσματική συμμετοχή της χώρας στα κέντρα λήψης αποφάσεων στην ΕΕ που επηρεάζουν την οικονομία, η προαγωγή της ελεύθερης ιδιωτικής πρωτοβουλίας, η προώθηση της καινοτομίας και της ισότητας των φύλων, η προαγωγή της γυναικείας επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας και η αναβάθμιση του επαγγελματισμού, της ανταγωνιστικότητας και της κοινωνικής ευθύνης των επιχειρήσεων στην Κύπρο.Main EU files targeted
