    Dansk Fagbevægelses EU-sekretariat repræsenterer de tre danske hovedorganisationer på lønmodtagersiden LO, FTF og Akademikerne. På vegne af de tre danske hovedorganisationer varetager Dansk Fagbevægelses EU-sekretariat lønmodtagernes interesser på europæisk plan gennem indsamling af information samt dialog med
    beslutningstagere på europæisk niveau.

    Dansk Fagbevægelses EU-sekretariatets primære aktiviteter er:
    - Overvåge beslutningsprocessen i EU-institutionerne med fokus på arbejdsmarkedspolitiske spørgsmål
    - Opretholde kontakter og netværk til relevante beslutningstagere og samarbejdspartnere i EU-systemet
    - Kommunikation af relevant information om arbejdsmarkedet på EU-plan til hovedorganisationerne
    - Fremme kendskab og hensyntagen til den danske arbejdsmarkedsmodel i EU
