    Deutsches Kinderhilfswerk (German Children’s Fund) has been working for more than 45 years as an advocate for a child-friendly Germany, promoting children's rights and overcoming child poverty in Germany. The non-profit association initiates and supports measures and projects, which promote the participation of children and young people regardless of their background or residence status. The political advocacy work aims at the full implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in Germany, particularly in the areas of participation of all children, their interests in legislative and administrative measures as well as the fight against child poverty and the equal participation in society of all children in Germany.
