One person works half time for the association, half for one member of the association (BVMW, also registered here), and is paid 50% by European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME and 50% by BVMW. 3 persons dedicate 25% of their time to the association's operations and communication management and 75% of their time to other clients or funded project management and project dissemination. 10 persons (President, Honorary President, 4 Vice-Presidents, Treasurer, 3 Associated Directors) dedicate 10% of their working time to the association, and are not paid for that, except reimbursement of costs, as the statutes determine. Pratically, the association pays 1,25 FTE from its own resources in 2023.
