    Goals / Remit

    EFSI is the representative body for national federations and companies that are involved in the development of personal and household services in Europe. Its role is to represent the industry and promote the development of the sector across Europe.

    EFSI brings national federations and associations as well as private companies together. Through its members, EFSI is present in 22 EU members states.

    Communication activities

    During the year 2016, EFSI has been actively involved in the closing and the dissemination of the results of two European projects funded by PROGRESS :
    - IMPact (Improving Measurement of Public support to PHS)
    - 4Quality (http://forquality.eu/).
    Furthermore, it organised in partnership with the CCMI of the EESC the 7th European Conference on personal and household services.
    in the course of 2017, EFSI worked at the dissemination of the results of the IMPact project, especially at national level. It also launched a reflection process on innovation in the PHS sector.
