    The European Public Real Estate Association is the voice of the publicly traded European real estate sector. With more than 200 active members, EPRA represents over €250 billion of real estate assets and 90% of the market capitalization of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Europe Index.

    EPRA's mission is to promote, develop and represent the European public real estate sector.

    EPRA works to foster trust and encourage greater investment in listed real estate companies in Europe through:
    • Providing better information to investors and stakeholders
    • Actively contributing to the public and political debate
    • Improving the general operating environment
    • Encouraging best practices and cohesion
