Kelkoo Group has a PR and policy function, supported by Europe Analytica in Brussels. Our programme is two pronged; restoring choice and competition for consumers and creating a level playing field for small businesses in digital markets and calling for effective enforcement of the Google Shopping and Adsense Decisions.

We maintain contact with the European Commission at key points and were invited to speak at its 5 December DMA Self-Preferencing Workshop hosted by Thomas Krammler and Filomena Chirico - please see below for detail. We are also in contact with the European Parliament as and when.
Consultations:
We submitted a response to the Digital Markets Act consultation, focusing on the Gatekeeper and Competition Tool proposals specifically. With the DMA in force, we continue sharing our views on the need for effective enforcement.
