    MAXIMUS is a global company working in a range of health, employment and child support services. By working exclusively with Governments we are driven by a mission to strengthen communities and improve the lives of those we help.
    Our capabilities in employment support services include welfare-to-work programmes including payment by results schemes consisting of:
    - Job search & placement; In-work support;
    - Skills assessment & jobs training
    - Benefits & eligibility advocacy

    The majority of MAXIMUS Health & Human Services income in UK is derived from contracts with the UK Government which can include ESF funding at source. MAXIMUS is currently delivering for example the Work Programme on behalf of the Department of Work and Pension and the UK Government.

We follow the activities of the Committee of Regions, Committee of Employment and Social Affairs; we monitor the development of work towards integrating refugees into the labour market.
