The company People 4.0 N.V. was created on 23 December 2016 (see http://kbopub.economie.fgov.be/kbopub/toonondernemingps.html?ondernemingsnummer=668429473). One of its majority shareholders is the company Forte N.V., also created on 23 December 2016 (see http://kbopub.economie.fgov.be/kbopub/toonondernemingps.html?ondernemingsnummer=667586860). Forte N.V. has bought the European brand, the client database, the contracts and a majority of the shares from Forte Belgium C.V.B.A. which has a long history.
Since the beginning of this year, People 4.0 N.V. has obtained the authorization from Forte N.V. to use the brand "Forte". Forte N.V. holds a single website for all its activities. As a consequence it does not distinguish between the various companies it licenses its brands to.
So yes, People 4.0 N.V. is a recently created company, and yes, the website www.forte.eu correctly mentions a long history, without that being a contradiction to the recent creation of the legal entity People 4.0 N.V.
