Complementary Information
Currently, SGRE has no fully devoted department of Government / Public Affairs as it has been transferred to Siemens Energy since May/July 2023. Siemens Energy initiated the tender offer in May 2022 to acquire all remaining shares of SGRE and concluded in December 2022. The integration process is not finalised yet and officially two companies (with two different brands are operating); however, the Siemens Energy Government Affairs department is the owner of all the government affairs activities of both companies.
The reason why we still would like to have SGRE in the Transparency Register is because our top managers (CEO, CCO, etc.) usually participate in high level events or 1-1 meetings. So, as the above boxes require to include x for being able to submit, I added 2 in the 10% box corresponding to some activities of the top managers.Person in charge of EU relations

The list below only covers meetings held since November 2014 with commissioners, their cabinet members or directors-general at the European Commission; other lobby meetings with lower-level staff may have taken place, but the European Commission doesn't proactively publish information about these meetings. For more information about which commissioner is responsible for which portfolio, check out this link: https://commissioners.ec.europa.eu/index_en All information below comes from European Commission web pages.
1 July 2024: We have noted that some meetings are appearing in duplicate, ie. some meetings seem to be listed twice. This seems to be because the Commission changes some element of a meeting data after the meeting has first been listed, which causes LobbyFacts to register it as a new meeting. We are investigating further.
