Goals / Remit
SRI Group offers advice and assistance to institutional investors, major financial players, companies and corporations of all sizes.
The Group was established in 2001 and through a network of subsidiaries and branches it operates in Europe (with offices in London, Brussels,
Milan, Rome) as well as in the Asia Pacific region, (Shanghai and Beijing ).
It is composed by a team of internationally experienced professionals, specialising in financial advisory,
management consulting, public affairs, corporate communications and not-for-profit organisations.
The Group has more than one division:
Financial Advisory: financial advice and financial transaction arrangement for a wide range of istitutional clients in Europe and Asia.

The main EU initiatives have been related to the presentation of European Funds all over Europe with a focus on financing, venture capital and equity capital that is the "core" of the group. The roadshow organised both in Italy, in Belgio and Luxembourg brought out the main funds lines assigned by the Parliament to the European Commission to sustain PMI and financial intermediate with whom SRI GROUP works and that represent in Brussels.
This campaign is in favour of PMI to let them have facilities in the access to finance.The specific activity will be with the European Investment Fund respect the allocation of financial products for italian banks dedicated to implement the avalaibility of money for SME's with the Guarantee deliver through COSME programme . The initiative will be brought ahead in strictly cooperation with DG GROWTH as shareholders of the residual funds for the programmation 2014-2020 in help to spend the money destinated to the help of SME's. The DG GROWTH already facilitated the information and dissemination of programme informing the group with a structured path to present the Expression of Interest to the European Investment Fund in the context of the COSME Loan Guarantee Facility. SRI GROUP EUROPE is also involved as part of the group SRI GROUP GLOBAL in the representance of italian banks . Banca Popolare di Bari has been the first during 2019 and now, beeing the group acquiring CASSA DI RISPARMIO DI ORVIETO is representing this new bank for 2020. SRI GROUP EUROPE Sprl will be the operational support for the PMI inside the BCE and EIF programmes on the negociation of guarantee for PMI and the excution of them.Address

The Brussels office has been financed for the start up phase by the global group that has sustained the local office to achieve first results.
The first result is an exclusive contract with BANCA POPOLARE DI BARI (Italy) to represent the financial intermediate at Eu Parliament and Commission.
Afterthis and due to the agreement with Cassa di Risparmio di Orvieto and other Sme's as in the list the office has concluded the start up phase at the end of 2019.
In 2020 the company acquired the assistance at monitoring phase of tender and call for proposals of Intesa San Paolo Bruxelles Representative.

Communication activities
During 2019 the company has presented the activity at the European Parliament with some events concerning companies that assigned to the group the representative of their international activities as such as internationalisation (on the H2020 /H_EUROPE EU programmes and international financing (equity and venture capital for PMI on COSME programme).
These activities has been done in cooperation with PPE group at the EP and has presented to SME's and to the partners the opportunities of the European Policy and European Commission funds. The events has been done on March 2019 and October 2019 .
The intention of the group is to be present as liason office between ECB (European Central Bank)and the italian financial intermediate (banks) in support of the issues on the Loan Guarantee Facility inside the final MMF to facilitate the access to finance for the SME's. The discussion is now opened and need a strong representation of needs from the financial intermediates inside the European Parliament. In these days SRI GROUP EUROPE Sprl opened an internet portal www.eu-funds.it to communicate and represent needs of SME's in the italian Panorama and throught the website SRI GROUP EUROPE is communicating the Parliament decision and new politics for the subsidies and financial opportunities .Other activities
The group is acquiring the quote of CASSA DI RISPARMIO DI ORVIETO inside BANCA POPOLARE DI BARI and for this reason is representing the bank in the interest of policies and negociation of the bank in favour of SME's.
The group is sharing an office with the Bank ans has an exclusive mandate to represent the Bank at European Parliament.
Some important SME's joined the group and has become new clients to represent at EU Parliament. (see client section)
