Goals / Remit
We are an independent event management business, working with organisations in supporting dialogue between EU policy-makers and policy-formers and the wider stakeholder community. We do this by organising seminars, conferences, debates, meetings and exhibitions, mainly, but not exclusively in the areas of healthcare, health provision and pharma. We have been working alongside MEPs across all political groups in the European Parliament since 2005 to provide such dialogue.

We are retained to organise events in support of specific EU related policy areas, most recently around Smoking cessation, Lung Health in Europe, Tuberculosis in Europe, World Sight Day exhibitions and dinner debates, Cervical Cancer MEP/Stakeholder Summit and Disruptive Innovation in Healthcare.

Our events are managed on a project by project basis which allow us to develop an event team with the right credentials for each assignment. Each project is coordinated closely with the hosting MEP/MEPs and their staff and approval for the development of event programmes is sought from the hosting MEP/MEPs at all times.

Communication activities
As a dedicated provider of event solutions, specific to EU regulations and law, we work closely with MEPs, policy-makers and policy formers, NGOs, trade-associations and the wider business community, in developing conference programmes, exhibitions and informal events to communicate effectively the various interests of all parties and bring such parties closer together in dialogue.
