    4- FAVORECER Y ORGANIZAR LOS MEDIOS NECESARIOS PARA EL ACOMETIMIENTO DE TODA ACCIÓN DE DESARROLLO Y EJECUIÓN DE LOS OBJETIVOS ESTABLECIDOS POR SUS SOCIOS.
