    Goals / Remit

Autodesk is a leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software, developing a broad portfolio of 3D software for global markets. Customers across the manufacturing, architecture, engineering, building, construction, and media and entertainment industries use Autodesk software to design, visualize, and simulate their ideas before they're ever built or created. In addition, through its apps for iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android, Autodesk is also making design technology accessible to professional designers and amateur designers, homeowners, students, and casual creators.

Autodesk acquired Delcam, one of the world’s leading suppliers of advanced computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software, in February 2014. Delcam is wholly owned by Autodesk, and thus we are filing jointly. Because Delcam operates as an independently operated subsidiary of Autodesk, however, we have identified their activities separately from Autodesk’s in this report for purposes of transparency. Where relevant and possible (in light of the nature of the EU Transparency Register’s online form), we have indicated in this disclosure whether a particular entry relates to Autodesk or Delcam.
