Esri applications, running on more than one million desktops and thousands of web and enterprise servers, provide the backbone for the world's mapping activities and spatial analysis. Esri is the only vendor that provides complete technical solutions for desktop, mobile, server, and Internet/cloud platforms.

    Esri submitted a pledge and participated in the launch event on 01 December 2016.
    In its pledge, Esri has established a “GIS School Program” offering free access to and use of the ArcGIS Online platform, especially for STEM education initially to 500 primary and secondary schools and vocational institutions in 10 EU member states by the end of 2018.
