European Energy Ombudsman Group (EEOG) is an independent, non-profit Europe-wide professional association made up of ombudsmen and mediators from European energy companies.
Our principal aim is to promote mediation between companies and consumers within the energy sector as a means to solve disputes and complaints.
Our members are ombudsmen and mediators employed by European energy firms or independent organizations.
Members of EEOG organize meetings, exchange information and work together to increase awareness and acceptance of mediation and its practice in the energy industry. EEOG members also participate to reflections and works coming from the European Commission.Main EU files targeted
