Goals / Remit
European Energy Mediators Group (EEMG) is an independent, non-profit Europe-wide professional association made up of mediators from European energy companies.
Our principal aim is to promote mediation between companies and consumers within the energy sector as a means to solve disputes and complaints.
Our members are mediators employed by European energy firms or independent organizations.
Members of EEMG organize meetings, exchange information and work together to increase awareness and acceptance of mediation and its practice in the energy industry. EEMG members also participate to reflections and works coming from the European Commission.Main EU files targeted
