EFFRA undertakes activities to promote the EU's 'Factories of the Future' public-private partnership, i.e. pre-competitive trans-European research collaboration between industry, research and academia and also promotes the activities of 'Factories of the Future' projects across Europe.
EFFRA actively supports research & innovation discussions on the future of manufacturing in Europe including the ongoing transformation of advanced manufacturing, digitalisation, employment and sustainability.
