    Our vision is that people with Parkinson's and their families have access to the highest standards of treatment, support and care they need to live a full and comfortable life.

    We work and campaign with people with Parkinson’s, their caregivers, families and supporters across Europe to ensure their voices are heard and listened to. We do this by advocating, raising awareness and working with other global Parkinson’s organisations to provide current information, share good practices, and highlight research that will benefit the whole Parkinson's community.

    One of Parkinson's Europe's strategic aims is to increase political awareness of Parkinson’s as a priority health challenge at the European and national levels, and build political support for concrete policy change.

    In particular, Parkinson's Europe aims to influence the following EU policies and initiatives:
    - EU health policy
    - Pharmaceutical Strategy
    - revision of the basic pharmaceutical legislation
    - Healthier Together (initiative on non-communicable diseases)
    - Farm to Fork and other initiatives concerning the use of pesticides
