Digital & Technology:- Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act)- Data Governance Act (DGA). In this respect we submitted a proposal to the European Parliament with a few suggestions that should be integrated when AI is used for forensics and investigative purposes. A set of principles which are easy to be applied to guarantee a fairer and safer investigation.
Communication on Trade Policy Review - An Open, Sustainable and Assertive Trade Policy COM/2021/66 we have prepared and discussed a proposal with the European Parliament on how to guarantee a safer and more sustainable supply chain, by including companies operating in the automotive as well as the energetic sectors
European Chips Act: Communication, Regulation, Joint Undertaking and Recommendation. We are currently working on a proposal to be submitted at the European Parliament to guarantee a safer production of crucial technologies (mainly chips and semiconductors) to foster the transatlantic trade relations and help EU manufacturers finding technologies with a "just in case" approach by dealing with more reliable partners directly in Europe.Address
