Goals / Remit
For nearly 40 years, France Invest represents all the Venture Capital and Private Equity teams operating in France.
France Invest extends recently to other assets class as Infrastructure and private debt teams operating in France.
In terms of membership, France Invest represents 370 management firms dedicated to these assets class and almost 180 professional services and financial institution.
Private Equity supports a significant portion of employment in France and represents one of the main growth drivers for the French economy. In 2019, France Invest members invested more than €19,3 billion in over 2,300 companies (mainly SMEs).Main EU files targeted
We are working on Capital Markets Union, substainable finance (Disclosure regulation) AIFMD review, ELTIF regulation review, anti EU money laundering and terrorist financing action plan, Inception Impact Assessment on State Aid Rules on Risk finance for SMEs and substainable corporate governance.
We will work on the Solvency directive, SMEs definition, ESAs, DORA and substainable finance (Disclosure Regulation and Taxonomy Regulation), Insolvency regulation.Address
