Goals / Remit
For 20 years, Welcomeurope has been supporting all actors in the private, public and associative sectors in the engineering and financing of their projects.
In addition, we offer a wider range of services to meet the needs of our clients: For project contractors: Positioning strategy, Project engineering, Compliance analysis, Advocacy, Increasing team skills, Development of project management tools, Recruitment and training of project managers, Sustainability of projects through new business models, we cover a wide range of skills and provide our clients with an optimised and secure approach to these subjects. For public fund managers: our in-depth, hands-on knowledge of project leaders also makes us a valuable service provider for public fund managers. Thus, we carry out prospective studies, benchmarks, evaluations, assistance with instruction or animation (training, workshops, conferences) within the scope of European programmes.Main EU files targeted

We provide technical assistance to public authorities and programme managing authorities in the drafting, animation and evaluation of their policies and programmes.
We also assist project leaders and partners in the communication and dissemination on their projects, including the organisation of institutional events and the drafting of policy papers and other publications.
We are Expert at the Europe Committee of the CNFPT (French National Center for Territorial Public Administration).
