    Plasticenergy began planning the project in 2011. The first plant ordered by Plasticenergy in Spain became operational in August 2014.
    A second plant has been ordered for Sevilla, Spain,
    we have received loans from JEREMIE in Andalucia, Spain for both plants mentioned above.
