Goals / Remit
The mission of EuroACE is to work together with the European institutions to help the EU move towards a more efficient use of energy in buildings, thereby contributing to European goals on job creation, economic growth, energy security and fighting climate change.
Main EU files targeted
EuroACE represents the interests of its members vis-à-vis EU energy efficiency policy. The main priority of EuroACE is currently the EU Green Deal, the Fit-for-55 Package, the EU Climate and Energy Framework for 2030, the Energy Efficiency Directive, the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, the 2050 EU Climate Law, the MFF post 2020, together with the Recovery and Resilience Plan, as well as financing schemes relevant for energy renovation of buildings.

EuroACE runs a political communications campaign - the Renovate Europe Campaign (www.renovate-europe.eu) - that calls for an 80% reduction in energy demand of the building stock in the EU by 2050 compared to 2005. EuroACE is also the home of the C4E Forum (www.c4eforum.net) which organises a major policy conference every odd year in a country in the CEE Region on energy efficiency.
