A decrease in costs attributable to activities covered by the Register was observed in 2020. This was due to a decrease in representation costs and expenses in relation to the organisation of event(s) (Investment Management Forum), both as a direct result of Covid-19. There was a decrease in personnel costs following an internal re-allocation of staff activities.
EFAMA’s budget is based on membership fees exclusively. EFAMA has 28 member associations, 57 corporate members and 23 associate members.
EFAMA’s annual calculations of costs attributable to activities covered by the Register have been made following the EC Guidelines with regards to the activities covered within the scope of the Register and the calculation of estimated annual costs of the activities of the Register (staff costs, office and admin expenses, in-house operational expenditure, representation costs, etc)
