    Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA is the leader of the Polish natural gas market. Since 2005 PGNiG SA is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as a part of WIG20, the index of the largest Polish companies.
    The Capital Group core business includes:
    • exploration and production of natural gas and crude oil fields in Poland, on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and the Norwegian Sea, Pakistan, Libya and since 2019 in the UAE;
    • trade (wholesale and retail) in Poland, Germany and other the EU markets
    • through its subsidiaries - storage and distribution of gaseous and liquid fuels, as well as
    generation of heat and electricity.
    PGNiG Capital Group includes: 19 subsidiaries of PGNiG SA and 13 indirect subsidiaries.
    PGNiG SA has representative offices in Russia, Belgium, Belarus and Ukraine.
