Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. è il secondo gruppo assicurativo nel mercato italiano e il primo nei rami Danni, tra i primi dieci in Europa. Le azioni ordinarie di Unipol Gruppo sono quotate alla Borsa Italiana dal 1990 e presenti nel FTSE MIB. Sue principali azioniste sono alcune imprese espressione del movimento cooperativo italiano. Conta oltre 14.241 dipendenti e serve circa 15 milioni di clienti, grazie alla più grande rete agenziale d’Italia. A livello consolidato, al 31 dicembre 2018 il Gruppo conta su una raccolta diretta assicurativa pari a 12,4 miliardi di euro, di cui 8,0 miliardi nei Rami Danni e 4,4 miliardi nei Rami Vita. Pierluigi Stefanini ne è Presidente, mentre Carlo Cimbri ricopre la carica di Amministratore Delegato e Group CEO.
